Patrick Marleau’s overtime game winner at Joe Louis Arena gave the Sharks a stranglehold 3-0 series lead over the Detroit Red Wings. Evgeni Malkin snuck into an 8-player tie for 6th place with a power play goal against the heretofore solid Jaroslav Halak.
